Delicacies, even more then tortellini, but also other local products can be tasted. For example the roses cake, the dessert of Valleggio and peaches. Wines DOC, Bardolino (red wine) and Custoza (white wine) that are made in territories near Valeggio.
Moreover publishers exhibitions and specialized bookshops with magazines, books and advice on food and wine, there is also a section dedicated to “the excellence of taste” with the participation of “Slow Food”, accompanied by a number of areas for cooking lovers, where it is possible to take part in workshops of handmade tortellino production under the supervision of skilful pasta-making maestros.
